Sir Reynard Of Artois

A new series begins tomorrow!

New Beginnings

I think we can all relate to Rey’s anxiety here.

Also, welcome to Beast Fables! If you’re already a fan, I hope you enjoy the new look! If you’re new, I’m glad you found me! I really excited to share what I’ve been working on.

I plan to post a new page on the first Monday of every month. And, if you like what you see, feel free to reach out on Twitter @iskotaa.

Until next time, beasties!

Gig Economy

You think the gig economy is bad…try being a serf in the Middle Ages.

The Pheasants’ Revolt

Forming unions is hard, ok?!

Medieval Moment: The Peasants’ Revolt of 1381, the lesser known human equivalent to the Pheasants, was a failed revolution. The demands of the peasants were not unreasonable: cheap land, free trade, no forced labour. King Richard thought otherwise though and promised to do away with all of these demands just to encourage the group to disperse. In the end, nothing really changed, and the last of the revolting groups were defeated only a month later.

The workers must revolt against middle management! Huzzah!

Rally the Troops

Forming unions is hard, ok?

Empathy Training

The Quest

It’s going to be quite the tournament.

The Lady of the Lake

Maybe they can trade up for a yacht.
